The Freetown-Port Rico Coterie adopted the first draft of the Neighborhood Plan in 2006, and it was updated in 2010.  The current Coterie members are once again reviewing the plan's action items and goals, so now is a great time to get involved with the Coterie so you can help us shape the future!
